Tenant Onboarding Milestones (NUX)

Status: completed — shipped as four stacked pull requests on arda-frontend-app, merged 15–16 October 2026.

Roadmap project documentation for Tenant Onboarding Milestones (NUX): a tenant’s progress through onboarding recorded as durable milestones on Tenant.settings, written only by the frontend BFF off actual feature use, and powering an in-app guide with a 25-item goal and a free starter kit as the reward.

Documents

• Goal — purpose, tickets, repositories, success criteria, scope, and what was deliberately left out. Start here.
• Specification — the as-built design: decisions, product rules, the BFF write path, the provider, the guide UI, accepted trade-offs, and the retained graduation path.
• Atlas — the ticket and PR map: the stack and its merge order, what each increment delivered, and the follow-ups.
