  • Frontend Pipeline — completed. Replaced Amplify branch-sync with GitHub Actions deploys, then added the merge queue, tiered gates, and PR-body changelog assembly.
  • Queued CI/CD Adoption — planned. Brings operations, common-module, and infrastructure onto the same queued model, adapted for repositories where CHANGELOG.md is the build-time version source.
