Template: Progress Tracker

This template is used during Phase C of the Use Case to UX workflow. Copy it to your project directory and fill in the placeholders as implementation progresses.

How to use this tracker:

• Initialize at the start of Phase C (before Wave 0 / Wave 1).
• Copy the Wave section block for each wave in your project plan.
• As agents are spawned, set each story’s Status to “In Progress”.
• When an agent completes, set Status to “Done” (or “Failed” with a note).
• After wave verification passes, update the Verification Gates table.
• Recalculate the Summary table after each wave.
