Item Manufacturer Field

Roadmap project documentation for the Item Manufacturer Field (PDEV-664). Adds an optional manufacturer to the parts catalog, modeled as a BusinessAffiliate carrying a MANUFACTURER BusinessRole and reusing the supplier machinery by generalizing SupplierReference into a role-agnostic BusinessRoleReference (PDEV-875).
