Doc Search Ranking

Roadmap project documentation for Doc Search Ranking — adjusting how the documentation site ranks search results so that durable sections (current-system/, domain/, product/, process/, technology/, vision/) outrank project-scoped roadmap/ pages.

Shipped so far: path-derived section tagging, which gives the search modal a section facet so readers can scope a search themselves. The ranking demotion in Options is analyzed but not implemented — it remains a decision, not a task.
