Cloud Providers
Arda’s platform is built using capabilities and resources from external service and cloud providers.
AWS provides Resources for Compute, Storage, Networking, Ingress/Egress, and OAM. It is the primary hosting platform for all runtime components.
Coda was used as the primary customer-facing platform in the legacy system (see Legacy Coda). Resource types include:
- Coda Documents
- Coda Packs (both developed by Arda and third parties)
- API endpoints with API Keys
- Sync Tables
- Automations
- Users and Permissions
GitHub
Section titled “GitHub”Provides primarily OAM resources and development tooling outside the Runtime Viewpoint:
- Code Repositories with versioning, branches, etc.
- Issues, Projects, Milestones, and Pull Requests for software development processes
- Actions and Workflows (CI/CD)
- Accounts, Teams, and Permissions
- Environments, Variables, and Secrets
- Package Repositories (Docker images, Maven jars, Helm charts, npm packages)
- Wikis and Documentation Sites (GitHub Pages)
Short.io
Section titled “Short.io”Specialized provider for URL shortening and redirection. Provides Ingress/Egress resources. Used for kanban card QR code short URLs.
GoDaddy
Section titled “GoDaddy”Provides the arda.cards domain and associated DNS entries in the Root element of the platform.
Documint
Section titled “Documint”Specialized provider for document generation and management:
- API Endpoints and API Keys
- Document Templates
- Document Template Editing and Storage
- Temporary Storage for generated documents
- Document Generation and Management Compute capabilities
Used for PDF/label printing of kanban cards.
