Inventory v00

Roadmap project documentation for Inventory v00 (PDEV-1173). Adds two nullable fields to the Item entity — totalInventoryCount (a dimensioned Quantity) and lastCountDate (a DateTime) — and surfaces them for viewing and editing in the Items list (hidden-by-default, inline-editable columns) and the Item detail panel (a new “Inventory Count” group in the View and Edit forms). First inventory-count increment: data model and end-to-end read/edit path only, no movement history or audit.

Status: implemented, in review — backend merged and released as operations 6.6.0; frontend PR open with all checks green.
