Operators

Shop-floor workers as first-class resources — identity, station assignment, and the operational events they generate (scans, receipts, card moves). Distinct from User/UserAccount (the OAM identity): an Operator is the manufacturing-domain projection of a person who interacts with physical workflows. Currently a placeholder.
