Inventory
On-hand inventory state inside the facility — quantities at each Station/Bin, snapshots over time, and reconciliation between physical counts and recorded state. The internal counterpart to the catalog Item (reference) and the Kanban Card (demand signal). Sub-area of the OPS domain, which is intentionally minimal today.
Distinct from Resources / Inventory Items: this Operations-level Inventory tracks state at a moment in time, while Resources / Inventory Items tracks the per-station inventory records as first-class resources.
