Sales Orders

Customer-facing demand orders — the outbound equivalent of Purchase Orders (FUL::DO). Covers sales-order creation, lifecycle, fulfillment status, and integration with downstream Shipping. Currently undocumented as use cases; activity to date has been integration-led (Shopify pilot for 84 Engineering).
