Secrets Vault Store

OAM of Arda Systems relies on access to a set of secrets stored securely in a vault that can be accessed by authorized users and
automated processes.

The tool chosen for this vault is 1Password.

OAM Secrets will be stored in a shared Vault named Arda-SystemsOAM in the 1Password account.
