OAM Viewpoint
The OAM (Operation, Administration and Maintenance) Viewpoint of the Architecture includes all those aspects that are required to
provision, operate and maintain Arda’s platform to provide services to Arda’s customers.
These aspects are organized in functional areas
- Fault: Detection, Isolation, Diagnosis and Remediation of errors or malfunctions of the platform.
- Configuration: Provision, Inventory and Configure all resources of the platform.
- Accounting: Cost tracking and attribution, Subscription Management, etc.
- Performance: Monitoring of the operation of the platform, establish benchmarks and control bands. SPC (Statistical Process Control) alerts.
- Security: Access Monitoring and Control, Threat assessment, …
