Arda Platform Runtime Structure
The Runtime Structure of the Arda Platform is described following the Runtime Viewpoint concepts.
- Platform Architecture
- Platform Structure: Overall structure and elements of the Runtime Platform.
- Cloud Providers: An inventory of the cloud providers the Arda Platform relies on.
- Runtime Environments: The structure of the Runtime Environments, including Infrastructure, Partition, and Component, with a list of current environments (2025-07) and their resources.
- Supported Domains and URLs
- Public URL Names: The public domains and URLs that the Arda Platform exposes to its users.
- DNS Structure: How the domains associated with the Arda Platform are supported in DNS servers.
- Network Structure: The network structure that supports the Arda Platform, including VPCs, Subnets, Gateways, and Firewalls.
The implementation of the concepts described here, is done through a combination of CDK V2 constructs, Helm charts and basic shell scripts to choreograph their deployment. This is described in Infrastructure as Code Implementation section.
