Invite User to Organization Use Case

The External Messaging System should be replaced with HubSpot to track Customer Activity.

User goes to “Invite user” page or pop-up.
User enters e-mail(s) to use for invitation.
The System sends an e-mail on behalf of the user to the invitees.
If the invitee already has an account in Arda, the email contains a link to accept or reject.
If the invitee does not have an account in Arda, the email contains the sign-up link. Once signed up, the user is directed to an accept/reject invitation.
Invitations that have not been accepted or rejected should show up in a user’s “notification inbox” in the system.
