Add Card to Procurement Queue

Steps

1. The user has a card pulled up either by:
   - QR lookup on mobile or empty browser (use case 15)
   - Searching the cards and selecting and click action
   - QR Lookup while focused on a “Add to Demand” widget as context (would not require click if reliable enough, e.g. modal widget)
2. The user clicks the “add to queue” button.
3. If the item linked to the card has been updated since the card was created, the user is prompted to either use the item information at creation time, current time or cancel.
   - The system may show a side-by-side comparison of the two versions of the card.
4. The user gets feedback that the item was added to the queue, with the quantities, etc…
5. The card is marked as “REQUESTED”
